This twice-a-week program is designed for athletes who have participated in Aquatica programming before, want to continue developing their skills, and are interested in competing—but without the full commitment of our competitive stream.
- Ideal for returning athletes who are not yet ready for the time or financial commitments of a competitive program
- One set fee – $1125 for the full year (no additional club fundraising, volunteer, or wardrobe requirements)
- Focused training – Build endurance, technique, and routine skills in a supportive team setting
- Optional competition – For athletes who are ready, there will be an opportunity to participate in the Land Legacy Competition in April
- Pathway to competitive – Prepares athletes who may want to move into the competitive stream in the future
This is the perfect stepping stone for athletes who love artistic swimming and want to explore competition without diving all the way in just yet.

For athletes that have done Learn to Synch 2 or Learn to Synch Teen in the past and are looking for more of a challenge without entering full competitive programming.

Please note that association fees for Canada Artistic Swimming and Manitoba Artistic Swimming are not included in our pricing and will need to be paid separately through RAMP during enrollment.
