Learn to Synch Teen (L2ST) is designed for teens to learn the basics of artistic swimming (synchro) OR for athletes that have formally competed in artistic swimming and want to still participate for fun.
Please note that we currently do not have any Learn to Synch Teen classes for the 2026/2027 season. Please stay tuned as we are working to get them added.

Participants need to be comfortable in deep water and be able to swim 50 meters comfortably on their front or back. – City of Winnipeg lifeguards will ask all athletes to prove their ability to swim in the deep end
