Calla Gosselin has been a coach since 2022. In September 2023, she took her Intro to Competitive coach course. Although her swimming schedule is busy, she does some coaching whenever possible.

She started swimming at the age of 7 and is currently swimming as a Junior athlete. She started as a recreational athlete and has been in the competitive program for 9 years, including 2 years in the provincial stream and 7 years in the high performance program. She has competed in several national competitions since the age of 11. One of her dreams is to swim on Team Manitoba at the Canada Summer Games in 2025.

Calla is fluently bilingual in French and English.
