Carolyn has been coaching since 2015. She is trained in Aqua Go and Competition Introduction, and enjoys coaching both recreational and competitive groups.

She swam competitively with Winnipeg Artistic Swimming for over 10 years, including 8 years at the high-performance level. She competed in numerous national competitions and represented Team Manitoba at the 2015 and 2019 Canada Winter Games, participating in the Team event in 2015 and the Team and Solo events in 2019.

Outside of the pool, Carolyn is a student, working towards her Master of Science in Biology. She also enjoys spending time at the lake with her family and dog.
