Learn to Synch 1
Our Learn to Synch (L2S) program are deep-end classed for beginners in artistic swimming. Includes routine development and creative water movement.

Note: No classes during Spring Break
Participants need to be comfortable in deep water and be able to swim 50 meters comfortably on their front or back. – City of Winnipeg lifeguards will ask all athletes to prove their ability to swim in the deep end
Participants need to be comfortable in deep water and be able to swim 100 meters comfortably in front crawl. Athletes should either be in a higher swimming level or have done a year of Learn to Synch Level 1.
