Our 13-15 High Performance team recently competed at the 2019 Canadian Championships in Kamloops, BC. For all five girls it was their first year competing at the national event and they were thrilled to be there. They had the opportunity to see some of the best artistic swimmers in the country perform and were inspired to work hard to achieve their goals. The girls were lucky enough to have amazing weather and were able to soak up some sun as well.
